Spicy Cornbeef Macaroni Soup
Ingredients:
1 can (175g) Argentina Spicy Cornbeef
1 small size potato, cut into cubes
1 meduim size carrot, cut into cubes
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 can (170g) Nestle Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 pc Knorr Beef cubes
Water or (Beef,Chicken broth if available)
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
- In a large sauce pan sautee garlic, onion and Argentina Spicy Cornbeef.
- Pour the water (broth), drop the Knorr Beef cubes and bring to boil.
- Add macaroni, reduce the heat. Stir occassionally.
- Simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until macaroni and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and share.
