Tuna Corn Salad
Ingredients:
1 can (185g) Tuna Flakes in vegetable oil, drain
1 can (410g) Del Monte Golden Sweet Corn, drain
1 medium size carrot, cut into cubes
1 medium size green capsicum or red, cut into cubes
salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Procedures:
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together and toss until well mixed. Serve immediately and share.
