Simple Stir Fry Noodle with Fish Balls
Ingredients:
1/4 kg fish ball (beef, pork, chicken, shrimp)
1/2 kg Chinese Canton Noddles
cooking oil
2 cloves of garlic
soy sauce
water
meduim size onion
Broccolli
cabbage
Procedure:
- Add some cooking oil in a skillet and wait for it to heat up.
- Stir fried fish balls (or beef, chicken, pork, or shrimp). Set aside.
- Sautee onion and garlic. Add your vegetables, soy sauce, black pepper water and cook until tender.
- Add the Chinese Canton Noodles mix it well until the noodles is totally done.
- Serve hot and share with your friends.
(Note: You can also use variety of vegetables.)
