Stir Fried Noodle With Fish Balls

                             Simple Stir Fry Noodle with Fish Balls


Ingredients:

 

1/4 kg fish ball (beef, pork, chicken, shrimp)
1/2 kg Chinese Canton Noddles
cooking oil
2 cloves of garlic
soy sauce
water
meduim size onion
Broccolli
cabbage

Procedure:

  
  1. Add some cooking oil in a skillet and wait for it to heat up.
  2. Stir fried fish balls (or beef, chicken, pork, or shrimp). Set aside.
  3. Sautee onion and garlic. Add your vegetables, soy sauce, black pepper water and cook until tender.
  4. Add the Chinese Canton Noodles mix it well until the noodles is totally done.
  5. Serve hot and share with your friends.


(Note: You can also use variety of vegetables.)
